How it is counted
Each request to the API counts once, whatever it returns, up to 200 records a page. Your own usage, /v1/usage, never counts.
An assistant's tool call is one call on your plan, on its own key listed in your account, so you always see what it used.
At the limit the API answers 429 and says when it opens again. Nothing is charged beyond your plan, ever.
Questions
Any time from your account. Moving up starts at once with the difference charged pro rata; moving down takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
Yes: no card, no trial clock. It reads real data on 50 calls a day, and it is the same key you keep when you upgrade.
Not as standard: a plan runs to the end of its period. When the mistake is ours, a double charge or a fault we could not fix, we refund. Refunds
Every paid plan has a yearly price, two months cheaper than twelve monthly payments, billed once a year.
Complete carries 100,000 calls a day. If you need more than that, open a ticket and tell us what you are building.
