01The account

One person or one business per account, with true details. You keep your API keys to yourself and are responsible for everything done with them. Sign-in is with Google.

02Plans and billing

• Paid plans are paid through Stripe and renew until cancelled.
• A price change is announced before it applies, and only from the next period.
• The refund rules are on Refunds.
• A purchase may be credited to the partner who referred you, through our partner program. It never changes the price you pay.
• Card charges appear as DEVELOPERDATA.NET. Billing questions: https://developerdata.net/support?tab=charge

03Fair use

Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: its calls a minute and a day. Getting around them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or automating the website around the API. We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.

04The data: use it, do not replicate it

You can use what BoxingAPI gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show results to your own users. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own, download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing product.

05Acceptable use

Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data. No scraping pages the API already offers.

06Accuracy

The data is given as it is, gathered with care, without a warranty that it is complete or free of mistakes. Results, rankings, prices and statistics are factual data, not financial or betting advice.

07Availability

We aim to keep BoxingAPI running and show its state on Status, but promise no uptime.

08Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.

09Suspension and closing

We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms; a serious breach can be acted on without notice, and an account closed for a breach is not refunded. You can close your account any time (see Privacy, Deleting your account).

10Changes to these terms

The new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.

11Law and contact
